This situation may be a symptom caused by inflammation in the body. In this case, it is recommended to conduct a detailed examination to see the specific situation and take appropriate treatment measures in time.

Judging from the symptoms, the patient should have vaginitis. Of course, even if no fungus is found during medical examination, it does not necessarily mean that candidal vaginitis exists. You can have a follow-up examination to clarify the matter. Only after confirmation can you see whether the above-mentioned drugs can be used for anti-inflammatory treatment.

There is a high possibility of candidal vaginitis, which can be treated with Daknin suppositories and baking soda water to clean the vulva and vagina. The treatment course for vaginitis must be sufficient, generally it should be used for two weeks in a row, and then apply the medicine for another week after the next and the next menstruation. Do not have sex during the treatment period. Metronidazole can be appropriately administered vaginally for treatment; during this period, avoid having sex to avoid worsening of symptoms, pay more attention to vulvar hygiene, and change and wash underwear frequently.

Under normal circumstances, leucorrhea is white and milky, odorless, not too much, and contains a small amount of epithelial cells, white blood cells and vaginal bacilli. During ovulation, the amount of cervical mucus is large and thin like egg white. Abnormal leucorrhea is manifested in the color, odor, and secretion volume of leucorrhea. Abnormal leucorrhea often occurs during infection or malignant disease, as briefly described below:

(1) Purulent leucorrhea: caused by genital tract infection, accompanied by a foul or corrupted odor, commonly seen in patients with Trichomonas vaginitis, severe cervical erosion, pyometra, or gonorrhea.

(2) Bean curd-like leucorrhea: or curd-like. Common in fungal vaginitis.

(3) Bloody leucorrhea: It is common after the placement of an inappropriate intrauterine contraceptive device or in cases of severe cervicitis, senile vaginitis, cervical polyps, cervical cancer or endometrial adenocarcinoma.

(4) Watery leucorrhea: It is common in hydrosalpinx, cervical cancer, endometrial adenocarcinoma, fallopian tube cancer, etc. Among them, fallopian tube cancer is mainly manifested by a large amount of watery vaginal discharge.

In short, abnormal leucorrhea is a common symptom of gynecological diseases and should be diagnosed and treated early to avoid delaying treatment.
