Breast pain 2 months pregnant

Breast pain 2 months pregnant

Not only is the ten-month pregnancy an arduous process, it also causes significant changes in the pregnant woman's body. This is mainly due to the increase in the level of estrogen in the female body caused by pregnancy. The changes in the female body are mainly reflected in the breasts and skin surface. Many pregnant women experience breast pain when they are two months pregnant. For new mothers, they are very afraid that this will affect their bodies.

Is it normal to have breast enlargement during pregnancy?

When a woman becomes pregnant, her breasts will also change. Due to the stimulation of large amounts of estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, etc. secreted by the placenta and chorion, the development of mammary ducts and mammary alveoli is accelerated in preparation for future lactation and feeding of the baby. Around 40 days of pregnancy, the breasts gradually increase in size, the areola and nipples darken in color, and breast tenderness begins. It usually lasts for 3 to 4 months, and in severe cases it can last throughout the pregnancy and does not require treatment.

Everyone's basic conditions are different, so the pregnancy reactions will be different at the beginning of pregnancy. Some people will experience pregnancy reactions around two months, and at this time they will have symptoms of breast swelling. However, some people may not experience this situation during the entire pregnancy, which is actually quite normal.

If you experience breast swelling as a pregnancy reaction, your doctor or nurse will generally recommend that you buy some nursing bras specifically for pregnancy or postpartum women. Because this type of nursing bra generally does not cause excessive damage to the breasts and helps protect the development of the breasts. Only by protecting the breasts can the baby's diet be guaranteed to a certain extent.

Female infertility test methods

Laparoscopic examination: If you need to further understand the pelvic condition, laparoscopy can be used. Laparoscopic examination can directly observe whether the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries have any lesions or adhesions, and determine whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed; about 20% of patients can be found to have lesions that were not diagnosed before surgery through laparoscopy.

Immunological examination: This method can be used to understand whether there are anti-sperm antibodies. In addition to anti-sperm antibody testing, post-coital tests and in vitro sperm penetration tests can also be performed to understand it.

Endocrine function tests: For example, measuring serum estrogen and progesterone levels at different times during the menstrual cycle to understand ovarian function; measuring basal metabolic rate to understand thyroid function; conducting adrenal function tests and serum prolactin tests, etc.

Hysteroscopy: Hysteroscopy can be used to understand the situation in the uterine cavity and to detect lesions that may cause infertility, such as uterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, polyps, and uterine malformations. Treatment can also be performed under direct visual guidance of the hysteroscope during examination.

Hysterosalpingography: For women without inflammation in the reproductive tract, contrast medium is injected into the uterus under B-ultrasound 3-7 days after the menstrual period ends, and the filling of the uterus and fallopian tubes with the contrast medium is observed.
