Can fungal infection heal on its own?

Can fungal infection heal on its own?

Fungal infection cannot heal itself. Although the human body has a sterilization system, when a large number of fungal infections occur, the body's defense system is damaged and cannot continue to suppress the growth of bacteria, so patients need to use medication for treatment. Fungal infection is mainly caused by girls not paying attention to personal hygiene and unclean sexual life. It is a vaginal infectious disease that requires vaginal flushing treatment.

Will the fungus heal itself after menstruation?

Fungal infections rarely heal themselves after menstruation, and candidal vaginitis may recur before or after menstruation or after sexual intercourse. This is because fungal infections are pathogenic bacteria, and symptoms will only appear when the immunity of the whole body and local cells in the vagina decreases and the fungi multiply and turn into hyphae.

If there is a fungal infection before menstruation, the body's resistance will decrease after menstruation, and sanitary napkins and sanitary pads will need to be used for menstrual blood flow. During menstruation, sanitary napkins and sanitary pads are not breathable, which can easily aggravate the hypoxia and increase the local temperature and humidity of the perineum, making it easier for fungi to multiply and cause infection. Therefore, if fungal vaginitis has been confirmed before menstruation, it is also necessary to use medication for treatment or consolidation treatment in time after menstruation to avoid recurrence of fungi.

It needs to be treated with medication. If not treated in time, it may lead to ascending infection. Suggestions: Candidal vaginitis is caused by Candida albicans infection and can be treated with oral ketoconazole combined with Daconazole suppository under the guidance of a local doctor. Keep the vulva clean and dry, and try not to scratch it.

Why doesn't mycorrhea cause itching during menstruation?

Vaginitis candidiasis. It is recommended to wash the vulva and vagina with an alkaline solution such as 3% sodium bicarbonate or soapy water, and then insert a nystatin tablet into the vagina after washing.

Vaginitis can be cured by only washing the vulva. It is not very effective and cannot be completely cured. According to the situation, it is recommended that you go to the hospital to check the leucorrhea routine to see if there is any fungal infection. If there is no problem for three consecutive menstrual cycles, it is completely cured. However, fungal vaginitis is prone to recurrence, so it is recommended to actively prevent it.

The typical characteristic of candidal vaginitis is that the symptoms are obvious after menstruation, but not all patients have the same symptoms after the disease.

1. Uterine hypoplasia. Menstruation is the shedding and bleeding of the endometrium that accompanies changes in the ovarian cycle. If the uterus is underdeveloped, such as a very small or deformed uterus, only a small amount of endometrium will be shed in each physiological cycle, resulting in less menstrual flow. In addition, endometrial lesions caused by endometrial tuberculosis or damage to the endometrium due to curettage or other procedures can also result in scanty menstruation or even amenorrhea.

2. Abnormal hormone secretion. Estrogen can stimulate the proliferation of the female endometrium. If the hormone secretion in the body is abnormal, the proliferation of the endometrium will not reach the required thickness, resulting in less menstrual flow. Excessive dieting, irregular work and rest, bad mood, reproductive system diseases, etc. will affect the female endocrine environment, leading to abnormal hormone secretion and low menstrual volume.

3. Anovulatory menstruation. Women who do not ovulate can also have menstruation, which is medically called "anovulatory menstruation." This is different from normal menstruation and falls into the category of "functional uterine bleeding". This type of menstruation is characterized by irregular timing and very little blood flow.
