2. To repair the pelvic floor muscles, you can lie flat on the bed, bend your legs, and keep your feet tightly together, with the soles of your feet touching the bed. After doing this, start to move your knees to the sides of the bed, that is, your legs should form a diamond shape on the bed, and the soles of your feet should slowly stick together. The other half of the action is just the opposite of the above action. What you move is not the knees but the feet. Put the knees together, separate the feet to the sides, and slowly move the knees down. If the knees can touch the bed, it means that the repair of the pelvis is relatively successful.

3. Pelvic floor repair refers to closing the muscle groups of the pelvic floor. This muscle group is like a "hanging net". The urethra, bladder, vagina, uterus, rectum and other organs are tightly suspended by this "net", thus maintaining their normal position so that they can perform their functions. After giving birth, the pelvis will become slightly wider than before pregnancy due to the influence of hormone levels. The reason is that the cartilage tissue in the joint will have a slight separation after giving birth. The entire pelvic floor muscles support the entire uterus and the ligaments are over-stretched during pregnancy, so the pelvic floor muscles will be more or less relaxed and some people may even have stress urinary incontinence. Therefore, repairing the pelvic floor muscles will also repair the pelvis. One treatment can have multiple effects.
