Based on these signs, they can judge whether they are about to enter menopause.

Signs of impending menopause

1. Changes in menstrual cycle

The menstrual cycle of a woman will become longer before menopause. A normal woman will have her period once a month. When a woman is about to go through menopause, the interval between menstruation will be prolonged. Sometimes it will not come for two or three months, but it will return to normal after a few months. Amenorrhea and normal menstruation will alternate, and this phenomenon can last for one or two years. Some women will have too many menstrual periods. These are all symptoms of women before menopause.

2. Changes in the appearance of menstrual blood

When a woman is about to reach menopause, the color of her menstrual blood will become lighter, pink, or even black, and there will be some small blood clots and fiber fragments in the blood. The amount of blood will slowly decrease, but some women may experience excessive blood flow. The length of the menstrual period will also change, some lasting only two or three days, while some women can extend it to ten days.

3. Redness and fever on the face

Before women reach menopause, the symptoms start from the lower part of the face and spread upward to the entire face. There is often obvious blood vessel dilation on the face, the face becomes red, and the whole body sweats. Some people may experience dizziness.

4. Limb numbness

Especially when sleeping at night, they feel abnormal, their lower limbs feel heavy, and they don’t know where to put their legs. Some women also experience lower abdominal pain, palpitations, insomnia, headaches, etc., and are often suspicious and depressed.

Generally speaking, women's menopause age is between 45 and 55 years old. It is very normal to experience menopause at this age, but in real life, some women under 40 also experience menstruation, and often feel physically and mentally exhausted, irritable, bad-tempered, and their emotions become unstable. In addition, women's menstrual cycle will change before menopause, and they should pay attention to it in time.
