Where is the female groin?

Everyone has a groin, both men and women have groins, but the location of the male and female groins is different. The female groin is closer to the female reproductive system and has many nerves, so it is also a more sensitive area. It needs to be well protected in normal times, and try not to do heavy physical activities. The female groin is a private area, so where exactly is the female groin?

The female groin is the crease formed between the abdomen and thigh. Located obliquely above both sides of the pubic symphysis, it is the line connecting the pubic symphysis and the anterior superior iliac spine. This area contains the abdominal aorta and lymph nodes. If there is inflammation in the abdominal cavity or a malignant tumor, the inguinal lymph nodes will swell. Therefore, whether the inguinal lymph nodes are enlarged is of great significance for the diagnosis of gynecological malignancies or other abdominal tumors. Under normal circumstances, the inguinal lymph nodes cannot be palpated.

Causes of groin pain

Groin pain caused by this reason is generally due to local pain caused by infection or inflammation of the lower limb lymphatic system. Therefore, when treating it, we must find the right cause and adopt appropriate treatment plans.

5. Gynecological diseases
