Is the fetus stable at 9 weeks of pregnancy?

After 9 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus is not yet completely stable, and pregnant women will frequently experience morning sickness during this period and will feel nausea and vomiting, which will make pregnant women feel uncomfortable. However, they must adjust their mentality. Only by calming their emotions can these pregnancy reactions be relieved. In addition, do not lift heavy objects and rest more.

At 9 weeks of pregnancy, the mother begins to experience vomiting and frequent urination; the baby already looks like a little person.

If you have signs of edema, reduce your salt intake, otherwise you will look even bigger! Because eating too much salt will aggravate edema and increase blood pressure, the daily salt intake for normal pregnant women should be 7 to 10 grams. In addition, you can eat more brain-boosting foods. Walnut cakes and nut bread can be used as snacks. When watching TV, prepare a glass of juice or milk, a few slices of bread, some walnuts and melon seeds, and eat while watching. It will also provide some fun during the difficult early pregnancy reaction period.

Nutritious diet

Pregnancy is the most special stage in a woman's life. Maintaining balanced nutrition and good living habits during this period is the basis for the healthy growth of the fetus in the body, and also lays the foundation for the early and future digestion, immunity, brain and physical development of the newborn. In order to ensure adequate nutrition for mother and baby, expectant mothers are advised to choose maternity milk powder with a comprehensive nutritional formula during pregnancy, including calcium, iron, zinc, folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and protein, etc., to supplement the key nutrients that pregnant mothers generally lack.

Although sex during pregnancy is not completely prohibited, it is still advisable to stop it during the first three months of pregnancy. Because the placenta and the mother's uterine wall are not tightly connected at this time, if sexual intercourse is performed, it is very likely that due to improper movements or excessive mental excitement, the uterus will be vibrated, causing the placenta to detach and resulting in miscarriage.

Pregnant mothers now need to ensure adequate water intake, but they also need to master the skills of drinking water. It is best to drink a large glass of boiled water before breakfast, which can promote intestinal peristalsis, facilitate defecation, and prevent hemorrhoids; drinking water containing trace amounts of fluoride can help mothers replenish adequate fluoride, calcium, and phosphorus, which is very beneficial for the normal development of the fetus's teeth and bones; don't wait until you are thirsty to drink water, as this indicates that the water balance in the body is already out of balance and the brain cells have been dehydrated to a certain extent. It is not beneficial to either pregnant women or fetuses.
