Ovarian effusion

Ovarian effusion

Many people may not be very clear about ovarian encapsulated effusion. In fact, this is a common type of ovarian disease. After it occurs, you should improve your lifestyle to make your condition better. In addition, female friends should maintain good eating and rest habits, and never overeat or put your body in a relatively tired state.

Ovarian effusion may refer to the liquid dark area in the ovary. The effusion is actually an enlarged follicle. Generally, a follicle larger than 3.0 cm is an ovarian cyst. This is an endocrine problem. If no hormonal drugs have been used within one month, an endocrine quantitative radioimmunoassay should be done to find out the cause.

If the cyst is smaller than 5 cm in diameter, it is mostly a functional cyst and can be treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule and closely followed up, that is, reexamination every 2-3 months; if the cyst is larger than 5 cm in diameter, it is mostly an ovarian tumor and generally requires surgical treatment; if accompanied by progressively worsening dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia, tender nodules in the pelvis, etc., endometriosis cyst should be considered.

The following points should be paid attention to in the maintenance of ovaries:

1. Good work and rest habits: First of all, women should maintain good work and rest habits, go to bed early and get up early. Don't stay up late often. You can take a proper rest at noon.

2. Good eating habits: Women should maintain good eating habits and make sure to eat three meals a day. At the same time, you should not eat too much in the evening. In addition, women should avoid eating spicy foods and try to eat less pickled foods.

3. Good living habits: Don’t rely too much on cosmetics in daily life. In addition, sexual life should not be too frequent.

4. Proper exercise: Women can do proper exercise every morning and evening, which is not only helpful for physical health, but also for ovarian health.

Keep a happy mood: A relaxed and happy mood can often make women's bodies healthier and also help the normal secretion function of the ovaries [1].

In pleurisy, adhesions between the visceral and parietal pleura cause the effusion to be confined to a certain part of the thoracic cavity, which is called loculated effusion. The effusion is mostly located on the lateral and posterior chest walls. When examined at the tangent position, a semicircular fusiform shadow can be seen. The shadow has uniform density and protrudes from the chest wall to the lung field. The edges are smooth and sharp, and the upper and lower edges form an obtuse angle with the chest wall.

Encapsulated effusion is different from pelvic effusion. Pelvic effusion refers to the accumulation of fluid in the pelvic cavity, which is commonly found in the lowest part of the pelvic cavity, the rectouterine pouch. Usually, the pelvic effusion we refer to is the one here. Encapsulated effusions can be seen in the chest and pelvic cavities. If left untreated for a long time, fibroblast proliferation will encapsulate the effusions to form encapsulated effusions.
