Three simple actions to help normal childbirth

Three simple actions to help normal childbirth

Pregnant women need to make changes when they plan to have a natural birth. Don't lie in bed all day. Natural birth requires pregnant women to exercise every day to prepare for it. In addition, pregnant women must understand three simple movements to assist in natural birth. Practicing more in daily life will make their natural birth smoother. Moreover, knowing more about natural childbirth can effectively eliminate the anxiety of pregnant women, thereby generating more self-confidence, which is more conducive to natural childbirth.

If you are about to become a new mother, you may not know how to face childbirth because of fear. Some expectant mothers may worry and say: My pelvis is narrow and the baby's head is big, and my family thinks that caesarean section is safer than natural birth. Many people believe that the natural childbirth process is very long, and that even after more than ten hours of pain, it is not certain that the baby will be born successfully. Therefore, for various reasons, no one is willing to produce by themselves.

In fact, natural childbirth is not as scary as the legend says. Generally, as long as the mother is well prepared before delivery and there is nothing wrong with her body, she can have a natural childbirth.

1. Sit cross-legged: Keep your back and waist straight, put your feet together, pull your heels inward, and slowly lower your knees. This type of exercise can keep the pelvis flexible and enhance blood circulation in the lower body.

2. Rock the pelvis up and down: Use your hands and knees to support your body, with your head and body at the same level. Remember to tighten your abdomen at this time, maintain this position for a few seconds, and gently rock your back, then relax your abdominal and back muscles. Repeat the above movements to strengthen the waist muscles and help relieve pain during childbirth.

3. Wall sliding: The mother can stand with her back against the wall with her feet shoulder-width apart, and then slowly slide down the wall to a sitting position. Hold this sitting position for a few seconds, then slide up to stand. Repeat this movement about 10 times to help open the pelvis.

As long as you make good prenatal preparations, natural childbirth is not a scary thing. Pregnant mothers should also maintain a good attitude and not be too nervous which will affect the progress of natural childbirth. Only when the body really can't take it will you choose a caesarean section at the doctor's suggestion.
