Women's menstruation determines fertility

Women's menstruation determines fertility

Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon that every woman will experience after entering puberty, and the occurrence of menstruation also indicates that a woman has normal fertility. By inferring the various symptoms of menstruation, a woman's fertility can be inferred. Because some women have uterine cold problems, it will affect the regularity of menstruation. So how can we use women's menstruation to determine a woman's fertility?

The accuracy of the menstrual cycle

Generally speaking, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, but because everyone's physique is different, the menstrual cycle is also long or short, but as long as there is a normal pattern, it is a normal phenomenon. Generally speaking, women with more accurate menstrual cycles have stronger fertility, because a normal menstrual cycle means that ovulation is relatively normal, so we can calculate the ovulation period through a certain calculation formula. As long as you have sex before and after the ovulation period, then pregnancy is a very simple thing, and women with normal menstrual cycles have no problems in their bodies, no inflammation, so their fertility is relatively strong!

However, due to lifestyle or other factors, some women’s menstrual cycles are not very accurate, so it is not so easy to get pregnant at this time. Because menstruation is closely related to ovulation, if the menstrual cycle is not accurate, the ovulation period is not so easy to calculate, and whether ovulation can be normal is also a problem!

Dysmenorrhea

When I saw my friends around me having their periods, their faces turned pale and they held their stomachs looking haggard. On the contrary, when I had my period, I ate and drank as usual without any worries. At that time, I foolishly thought that dysmenorrhea was normal. In fact, there are two types of dysmenorrhea. One is normal physiological dysmenorrhea, and the other is a disease that affects women's fertility.

◆Primary dysmenorrhea refers to dysmenorrhea caused by non-reproductive organ diseases. The dysmenorrhea experienced by many women is primary dysmenorrhea. The pain starts after menstruation, is most severe on the first day, and ends after two to three days. Dysmenorrhea can also cause dizziness, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, and in severe cases, pale complexion.

◆Secondary dysmenorrhea. If it is secondary dysmenorrhea, it can be serious. Dysmenorrhea is caused by genital organ diseases, such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease and other gynecological diseases. If a woman notices severe pain, it is best to go to the hospital for examination. Once it is confirmed to be secondary dysmenorrhea, it will not be as simple as just relieving the pain.
