How do women feel on ovulation day?

The ovulation day is actually the period when a woman ovulates. If you plan to have a child, having sex during the ovulation period can increase the chance of conception. Therefore, many couples who are preparing for pregnancy will monitor their ovulation period themselves in order to get pregnant as soon as possible, and then have sex during the ovulation period to increase the chance of conception. In fact, most women will have some physical feelings during the ovulation period, which is different from usual.

How do women feel on the day of ovulation?

1. A slight feeling of falling in the anus. When a woman ovulates, the egg must break through the thin film follicle that covers the surface of the egg before it can be discharged from the surface of the ovary. At this time, a small amount of fluid in the follicle flows into the lowest part of the pelvic cavity. Some women will feel a slight falling sensation in the anus and a small amount of bleeding. This is mainly due to the fluctuation of estrogen secretion in the body. This is another sign of ovulation, which can easily be mistaken by women as irregular menstruation.

2. Changes in vaginal secretions. This is the second feeling of ovulation. Women have relatively little vaginal secretions in the first half of the menstrual cycle, but it will increase during the ovulation period, and women will also feel it because it is constantly being secreted. The closer to the ovulation period, the more secretions there will be, and it will be thin and milky white. During the ovulation period, the amount of secretions increases significantly, and it is watery, transparent and clear. Women will feel wet and slippery in the lower part, and there will be egg white-like strips of mucus when wiping with toilet paper. This symptom generally lasts for two or three days, and it is easiest to conceive. Therefore, women who want to get pregnant should always pay attention to their ovulation period.

3. Increase in body temperature. Since the increase in body temperature is not obvious and is more easily affected by the outside world, you need to measure it every day. By measuring your basal body temperature in the early morning, you can find out your ovulation date based on the change in body temperature from low to slightly increased. Half a month after ovulation, you will feel a little fever, which disappears after menstruation.

4. Other symptoms. When women ovulate, the amount of leucorrhea increases and may stretch into threads. If there is no itching or odor, there is no need to worry, as this is a normal phenomenon. When ovulating, you may feel back pain and slight pain in the lower abdomen. Your breasts may swell or your nipples may ache. Your libido may change, with some people experiencing an increased libido and others experiencing a decreased libido.
