Is it normal for girls to have breast hair?

Experts say that almost all women have different degrees of nipple hair growth problems. Some women have a few tufts of very fine hair next to their nipples; some women have longer, obvious sweat hair distributed between their breasts. All types and amounts of nipple hair are normal. Some people may have very light and fine nipple hair, like the hair on a peach, while some women may have dark and thick nipple hair, like the hair in their private parts. That's because everyone has hair follicles around their nipples, and the nipples begin to grow hair during development. There is almost no woman without any nipple hair on her breast. Nipple hair usually grows around the areola. Some women have a lot of nipple hair, which is normal.

Nipple hair needs to be analyzed based on the situation. Girls enter puberty at the age of 13. At this time, the ovaries begin to ovulate and secrete hormones, the sexual organs grow and develop rapidly, secondary sexual characteristics appear, the voice changes, the breasts become fuller and the nipples become larger, and armpit hair and pubic hair grow. The growth of hair around the areola and navel is also a manifestation of the maturity of secondary sexual characteristics.

If you find nipple hair unsightly, you can pluck it out or use laser surgery to permanently remove it. After menopause, breast hair growth slows down and may eventually disappear as you age. So no matter how thin or long it is, nipple hair is normal. So it is recommended not to worry about nipple hair.

How do girls take care of their breasts?

1. Strengthen bodybuilding exercises

It is best to learn aerobics, rhythmic gymnastics or disco aerobics, while strengthening the upper limbs and pectoralis major muscles and preventing hunchback.

2. Enhance nutrition

Appropriately increase the intake of animal protein and animal fat. In order to prevent themselves from gaining weight, some young women only eat vegetarian dishes and develop picky eating habits, which is extremely detrimental to breast development. Women in some European and American countries have fully developed breasts. In addition to genetics and race, a high-protein and animal fat dietary habit is also a very important factor.

3. Keep breast massage

For older women whose breasts are not full enough, in addition to paying attention to bodybuilding exercises, they can also make their breasts healthier by doing self-breast massage every morning and evening. This is because massage can promote blood circulation in the breasts, promote the development of nipple smooth muscles, and prevent nipple inversion. Since breast tissue is arranged radially, massage needs to be performed along the direction of the breast tissue. The following are specific breast massage methods:

a. Push the breast directly: first use your right palm to push down to the base of the breast under the clavicle of the left breast with soft and even force, then return and push back along the original route, repeat 20-30 times, then change to your left hand and use the same method to massage the right breast.

b. Support and push the breasts: Use your left palm to support the bottom of the left breast, and then use your right palm and left hand to push towards the nipple 20-30 times. This method is suitable for women with slightly larger breasts.

c. Push the breast sideways: Use your right palm to apply force from the center of the chest, rub and push the left breast to the front of the armpit. When returning, hold the breast with five fingers and bring it back inward. Repeat this 20-30 times, then change to your left hand and use the same method to massage the right breast.
