Pregnant woman crying in anger, fetus stillborn

Women must keep a good mood during pregnancy, because women's emotions will have a great impact on the fetus. If women are in a depressed state for a long time, it will be very detrimental to the growth and development of the fetus. After all, mother and child are connected. Women should try their best to control their mood during pregnancy, especially not crying. When women cry, the fetus's breathing will be disturbed to a certain extent. So will women crying in anger really cause fetal death?

The fetus born to a mother who is calm and emotionally stable and the fetus born to a mother who is nervous and emotionally agitated live in two completely different prenatal education environments. Therefore, the impact on the fetus' growth and development will also be completely different.

If a pregnant woman is overly anxious in the early stages of pregnancy, it may cause poor fetal development, or even lead to miscarriage, cleft lip, cleft palate, etc.

If a pregnant woman is overly anxious in the middle or late stages of pregnancy, it can easily lead to low birth weight, heart defects, difficult labor, placental abruption, uterine bleeding, and even fetal death.

Why do pregnant women become angry and cry after pregnancy?

1. Unable to adapt to physiological changes

As the pregnancy months go by, various parts of the expectant mother's body continue to gain weight to varying degrees, especially the belly, buttocks, legs, varicose veins, stretch marks, etc., which makes expectant mothers who love beauty and dressing up feel scared and worry that they will not be able to recover after giving birth, and their mood will become depressed.

Some of my pregnant friends have cried because of pain or itchiness during pregnancy. For example, they had toothaches that could not be cured and had to endure it, even if the pain was so severe that they couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. Or their bellies itched but they dared not apply medicine or scratch them, and cried in anger and anxiety. In fact, this is not being pampered, but more of being unable to adapt to problems that have never been faced before. These expectant mothers who have gone through these different tests during pregnancy have become very strong.

2. Some bad results after prenatal examination make expectant mothers worried

During pregnancy, you will undergo various prenatal checkups. In the early stages, you need to check for ectopic pregnancy or hydatidiform mole. In the middle stages, you need to do Down syndrome screening and color Doppler ultrasound to check for fetal abnormalities. In the late stages, you need to regularly monitor the various conditions and indicators of the fetus in the uterus to see if they are normal.

During this series of processes, it is inevitable that the test results may not be ideal. A seemingly small test indicator or a simple word from the doctor may make the expectant mother think and worry for a long time, worrying about the baby's health or that the delivery will not be smooth. I have experienced this kind of torment before, but fortunately, I found that there was nothing serious in the end.

The accumulation of these worries may not be visible to outsiders, but it will cause the expectant mother's emotions to fluctuate.

3. Stress that cannot be relieved

In addition to being a "future mother", pregnant women naturally also retain their identities before pregnancy as "employee", "wife", "daughter", "daughter-in-law", "housekeeping queen", etc. The pressure in life and work faced by many pregnant women during pregnancy may increase instead of decrease. If it is not relieved in time, this pressure will be detrimental to the pregnant women's psychology and physiology.

4. Inexplicable emotions caused by hormone changes in the body (complaint, grievance, irritability, sadness, etc.)
