Gynecological disease delayed menstruation

Gynecological disease delayed menstruation

Gynecological diseases are problems that trouble many women. Gynecological diseases have a serious impact on women. If they are not treated in time, they will cause certain problems in human health. Generally speaking, gynecological diseases will have various symptoms such as irregular menstruation, abnormal leucorrhea, exogenous itching and lower abdominal pain. Here are some common symptoms of gynecological diseases!

1. Abnormal leucorrhea

Leucorrhea is a white liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. Many women have abnormal leucorrhea, which can be divided into physiological leucorrhea and pathological leucorrhea. Pathological leucorrhea is mostly caused by inflammation. Common pathological leucorrhea in clinical practice include: colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea; white or grayish yellow foamy leucorrhea; curd-like leucorrhea; watery leucorrhea, etc. The formation of leucorrhea is closely related to estrogen. When the secretion of estrogen reaches its peak, there will be excessive leucorrhea, transparent leucorrhea, or yellow leucorrhea. This requires women to go to the hospital for a test of their leucorrhea secretions.

2. Lower abdominal pain

It is difficult to determine the cause of lower abdominal pain by yourself, because the lower abdomen is full of nerve endings, which makes it difficult for the brain to distinguish whether the pain comes from the reproductive system, the urinary system, or the intestines. Common symptoms include left lower abdominal pain and right lower abdominal pain. In addition, women have more pelvic organs in their lower abdomen, and when abnormalities occur, it can easily cause lower abdominal pain.

3. Irregular menstruation

Menstrual irregularity mainly refers to too little or too much menstrual flow, which is a common condition for many women. There are many reasons for abnormal menstrual volume, such as abnormal menstrual volume caused by endocrine; abnormal menstrual volume caused by problems with the endometrium itself. In addition to endocrine abnormalities, irregular menstruation may also be caused by certain gynecological diseases. Therefore, female friends must not ignore it.

4. Vulvar itching

Vulvar itching is a symptom caused by various vulvar diseases, but it can also occur in people with completely normal vulva. Due to increased vaginal secretions or stimulation from menstrual blood or menstrual pads, especially cervicitis and various vaginitis, increased secretions flow to the vulva, which can cause vulvitis to varying degrees, resulting in redness, swelling and itching of the vulva. When the itching becomes more severe, patients often become restless, which affects their life and work.
