Unmarried women's gynecological diseases

Unmarried women's gynecological diseases

Gynecological diseases are a type of female disease. Among married women, the probability of developing gynecological diseases is very high. Of course, some unmarried women may also suffer from gynecological diseases, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, cervicitis, endometriosis, endometriosis cyst and ovarian solid teratoma, which are all common gynecological diseases among unmarried women. Below, we will introduce these diseases in detail!

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease

If a girl does not pay attention to perineal hygiene and often wears polyester briefs, leggings, and jeans with poor ventilation, due to the tight crotch that wraps the hips and she does not pay attention to cleaning the vulva, bacteria can easily invade the pelvic cavity through the vagina and cause inflammation. Girls who are addicted to masturbation have a higher incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease.

2. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease

The patient may have a high fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, and persistent severe pain in the lower abdomen; followed by an increase in vaginal discharge. It becomes thick and has a foul smell. If not treated promptly or thoroughly, it can often turn into chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.

3. Cervicitis

Because the uterus and vagina are connected, it will provide opportunities for bacteria to invade and cause cervical inflammation. The "signal" of the onset of this disease is a significant increase in leucorrhea, which is thick yellow and has a foul odor. Patients often feel back pain, abdominal pain, frequent urination, painful urination, vaginal burning or itching.

4. Endometriosis

Any woman who has menstruation may develop endometriosis, and unmarried women may develop it due to the backflow of menstrual blood into the fallopian tube or abdominal cavity. The main symptom is dysmenorrhea. Patients may also experience menstrual disorders such as irregular menstrual cycles and increased menstrual flow. Unmarried women suspected of having endometriosis should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time.

5. Endometriosis

It is more common in adolescent girls. Patients feel pain in the lower abdomen, which is worse during menstruation and the amount of menstrual blood is heavier. The cause of the disease is that the ectopic endometrium cannot be discharged smoothly from the body during menstruation and is forced to flow "against the flow" from the fallopian tube into the abdominal cavity. Menstrual blood accumulates in the pelvic and abdominal cavities, causing lower abdominal pain.

6. Ovarian solid teratoma

It often occurs in unmarried girls under 20 years old, and most of them are unilateral solid tumors. There is no abnormal feeling in the early stage, but it develops rapidly and can metastasize to other organs. The chance of recurrence and metastasis after resection is relatively high. Once discovered, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.
