The relatives of breast cancer patients are not necessarily prone to breast cancer, but they are more likely to develop breast cancer than the average person.

Causes of breast cancer:

Marriage and childbirth. Epidemiological studies have shown that although being married and infertile or having the first child after the age of 30 are also unfavorable factors for women, the risk of breast cancer in unmarried women is twice that of married women. Experts believe that childbirth has a protective effect on the breast, but this only applies to those who have a full-term birth before the age of 30. Studies in recent years have shown that breastfeeding has a protective effect on the occurrence of breast cancer, mainly in premenopausal women.

Causes of breast cancer 4:

Ionizing radiation. The breast is a tissue that is more sensitive to the carcinogenic activity of ionizing radiation. When women are young, they are in the active stage of breast mitosis and are most sensitive to the carcinogenic effects of ionizing radiation. The effects of ionizing radiation are cumulative, and multiple small-dose exposures are as dangerous as a single large-dose exposure, which has a dose-effect relationship.

Unhealthy eating habits. The incidence and mortality of breast cancer are strongly correlated with the amount of fat digested per capita. Some company employees have high incomes, which lead to high living standards and unscientific and unhealthy "high-calorie, high-fat" eating habits, resulting in a greatly increased incidence of breast cancer.

Causes of breast cancer 6:

Unhealthy lifestyle. Some female white-collar workers who have been working in offices for a long time sit more and move less, lack exercise, and have little exposure to sunlight. Most professional women wear bras for long periods of time due to their work, and rarely have the opportunity to loosen their breasts.
