Safety period algorithm

If a girl is in good health, she will have a period every month. The first day of menstruation is called the menstrual cycle, which usually ends in about 6 to 7 days. Some people end the safe period in about 3 to 5 days, which is a few days before ovulation. By the time of ovulation, unexpected pregnancy may occur, so many people choose not to use condoms or ejaculate outside the body, but choose to have sex during the safe period to achieve the best contraceptive effect.

Safety period algorithm

The safe period calculation refers to the normal menstruation of women of childbearing age once a month. The period from the beginning of this menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation is called a menstrual cycle.

For example, from the perspective of contraception, each menstrual cycle of a woman can be divided into the menstrual period, ovulation period and safe period. Safe period contraception is a contraceptive method that stops sexual intercourse during the ovulation period. This is a traditional contraceptive method and was one of the commonly used contraceptive methods at home and abroad before the advent of birth control pills and intrauterine devices.

Safe period

A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. After the egg is released from the ovary, it can survive in the fallopian tube for 1-2 days, waiting for fertilization; the male's sperm can maintain its vitality in the female's reproductive tract for 2-3 days, so it is easy to get pregnant by having sexual intercourse a few days before and after the egg is released. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. Because it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse during the ovulation period, the ovulation period is also called the fertile period or the dangerous period.

The safe period is divided into the safe period before ovulation and the safe period after ovulation. The period from the end of menstruation to the day before ovulation is the safe period before ovulation. From the first day after the end of ovulation to the day before the next menstrual cramps is the safe period after ovulation. Generally speaking, the safe period after ovulation is safer than the safe period before ovulation.

This is because some women sometimes affected by environmental changes and mood swings affect the advance of the ovulation, so before the safe period ovulation will be shortened, but did not know their own, so before the safety period ovulation is not safe. The opportunity that the ovary has row two eggs in a menstrual cycle is very rare, that is, after ovulation to the next menstrual cramps before this period of time usually won't happen again the second time of ovulation, so the safety period after ovulation is relatively safe.

The key to using safe period contraception is to determine the female ovulation date. When the ovaries ovulate, there is generally no special feeling. Even though some women may have symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, back pain, breast swelling and mood changes, these phenomena are not specific symptoms of ovulation and therefore cannot be used as a basis for ovulation. Menstruation and ovulation change cyclically, and there is a close relationship between the two. If you understand the changing patterns of the two, you can determine the ovulation date through indirect methods. There are many ways to determine the ovulation date, and the methods that women can master themselves include: calculating based on the menstrual cycle, measuring basal body temperature, and observing cervical mucus secretion.

From the perspective of contraception, each menstrual cycle of a woman can be divided into the menstrual period, ovulation period and safe period. Generally speaking, the ovaries of women of normal childbearing age release only one egg per month. The egg can survive for 1 to 2 days after being released, and the sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for 2 to 3 days. The fertilization ability is mostly within 24 hours after ovulation. After 2 to 3 days, the sperm loses the ability to combine with the egg. Therefore, if you have sexual intercourse 2 to 3 days before ovulation and 1 to 2 days after ovulation, you may get pregnant. This period is called the fertile period or the dangerous period.

A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. The rest of the time except the menstrual period is called the safe period. The safe period is divided into the safe period before ovulation and the safe period after ovulation. The period from the end of menstruation to the day before ovulation is the safe period before ovulation. From the first day after the end of ovulation to the day before the next menstrual cramps is the safe period after ovulation. The safe period after ovulation is safer than the safe period before ovulation.
