How to tell pregnancy during the luteal phase

Each of our female friends needs to make a lot of knowledge reserves on women. Through this reserve of knowledge, our female friends can protect themselves as soon as possible. So, what we need to know is, what is the corpus luteum, when is the best time to get pregnant? And, most importantly, how to identify pregnancy in the follicular phase?

Corpus luteum insufficiency does not always mean that the endocrine effect of the progesterone produced by the uterus and ovaries after ovulation is insufficient, resulting in insufficient estrogen metabolism, insufficient metabolic conversion of the uterine wall, and the occurrence of ovulatory functional uterine bleeding.

The main symptoms of patients with corpus luteum deficiency are as follows:

1. Menstrual imbalance: Patients with luteal insufficiency will experience a shortened menstrual cycle (less than 28 days), increased frequency of menstruation, and premenstrual bleeding.

2. Infertility: Women in their growth period will find it more difficult to get pregnant, or they are prone to miscarriage if they get pregnant.

3. The uterine wall cannot produce normal metabolic reactions, and the endometrial reaction is also unbalanced.

4. Body temperature during ovulation: The day after a girl ovulates, the uterus and ovaries produce progesterone, which will cause the body temperature to rise by about 0.6 degrees Celsius, causing the body temperature to fluctuate between high and low phases. The high temperature period is about 14 days. However, patients with luteal insufficiency will experience a slower rise in body temperature, or a lower rise in temperature, generally less than 0.5 degrees Celsius, and the temperature rise will only last about 9 days.

Corpus luteum deficiency is not always one of the key factors leading to female infertility. Once the corpus luteum is insufficient, it can cause insufficient estrogen and estrogen, resulting in incomplete development of the uterine wall during the metabolic period, difficulty in embryo implantation due to the combination of sperm and egg, and miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy. If the corpus luteum is insufficient, it will cause certain harm to women.
