3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: including infertility, late pregnancy, first birth age over 35 years old, and too short breastfeeding time.

Suggested actions

1. Mild cases do not require medication, but require self-adjustment in terms of diet and emotions.

2. More serious cases require medication. Commonly used drugs are Rupixiao, Xiaoyao Pills, Xiakucao Oral Liquid, and Ru'an Tablets.

For stage II breast cancer, the severity of the disease also needs to be determined based on the pathological classification and biological behavior of the tumor. If there are no obvious triple-negative changes, the treatment effect is usually satisfactory and relatively not serious. Because the most effective treatment for breast cancer is surgery, and after the surgery, systemic intravenous chemotherapy is required. At the same time, the radiotherapy plan is determined based on the metastasis of the lymph nodes. Long-term endocrine therapy is also required after the surgery. If breast cancer patients are diagnosed early and receive timely surgical treatment, their survival rate will be very satisfactory and the disease will be relatively less serious. Patients who have undergone breast cancer surgery should also undergo regular follow-up and observation, usually a comprehensive review every six months to a year, including testing for tumor markers, breast ultrasound, lung tissue CT, and liver CT to prevent recurrence and metastasis.
