Cervical cell disease

Cervical cell disease

Cervical cells refer to the cells of the cervical epidermis, which are mainly exposed. If cervical cell lesions occur, a colposcopy is required, followed by a vaginal examination. In cases of cervical cancer, treatment is required, otherwise it will affect the health of women's uterus. Regarding the causes and examination methods of cervical cell lesions, we can learn about the contents introduced in this article.

If the cervical TCT examination or cervical DNA ploidy test report is negative, consider the possibility of cervical cell lesions. In this case, a colposcopy and cervical biopsy are needed to confirm the diagnosis.

After the diagnosis is confirmed, the report will not be so general, and the grade of atypical cervical hyperplasia will be reported directly. If it is grade one atypical hyperplasia, it can be observed and treated as inflammation, and there is a possibility of reversing to normal. If atypical hyperplasia persists for more than one year, cervical cone excision surgery is required.

If the reported condition is grade 2 or grade 3 cervical atypical hyperplasia, these two conditions are also called high-grade lesions of the cervix, which may develop into cervical cancer. So I had to be hospitalized for a cervical cone excision.

If the direct result is cervical cancer, in this case, hospitalization is required for standardized cervical cancer surgery.

How many lesions are there for cervical cancer?

The specific manifestation of cancer is the spread and growth of cancer cells. Therefore, the number of diseased cells cannot determine whether you have cervical cancer. Instead, it depends on which cells are diseased, the location of the disease, whether the body's own defenses can withstand it, and the extent of the disease. Generally speaking, cells first undergo pathological changes, then become carcinogenic, and finally develop into cancer. During this process, the body's immune system continues to recover and fight against cancer cells. Therefore, cancer can be cured until the last stage, that is, the middle and late stages. Patients must maintain a good attitude and not be anxious, which will delay treatment.

The formation of cancer cells is divided into three stages. The first is the breakthrough stage, when the breakthrough genes in the cells begin to replicate and divide, and alienate into other cells; in the mutation stage, cancer cells invade normal cells, and the remaining cells also become cancer cells after environmental changes, and when they gather together they become malignant tumors. Therefore, the body will only have a small reaction in the early stages of cancer and it is not taken seriously by humans; finally, in the middle and late stages, some cancer cells are killed, but cancer cells with other characteristics evolve and continue to affect the surrounding tissues, and then affect the normal life of the human body, which manifests as some symptoms of late-stage cancer, such as hemoptysis and even difficulty breathing, making it difficult to continue life. Different types of cancer are determined based on different symptoms.

This is just basic knowledge. In the early stages of cervical disease, it can be completely cured by both Chinese and Western medicine. If it reaches the middle stage, it is best to use traditional Chinese medicine to inhibit the continued spread of cancer cells. Because there are many causes of cancer, it may be lifestyle habits or virus invasion, so you must take protective measures to eliminate cancer as early as possible.
