Fetal leakage and fetal movement

Fetal leakage and fetal movement

After fetal leakage occurs, the fetus will be found to be restless during the pregnancy check-up. This is caused by the unstable fetal position. In this case, pregnant women should maintain emotional stability and optimism and avoid any negative emotions, otherwise their problems may become more serious. In addition, sometimes this situation occurs due to chromosomal abnormalities.

1. Chromosomal abnormalities

Chromosomal abnormalities are the main cause of miscarriage. Chromosome abnormalities include two categories: quantitative abnormalities and structural abnormalities. Studies have shown that 50% to 60% of pregnancies in early spontaneous abortions have chromosomal abnormalities. If one of the couple has a chromosomal abnormality, it can be passed on to the offspring and may cause miscarriage or recurrent miscarriage.

2. Maternal factors

(1) Systemic diseases: High fever during systemic infection can induce uterine contraction and cause miscarriage; infection with certain known pathogens such as Toxoplasma, herpes simplex, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, and cytomegalovirus are related to miscarriage; ischemic and hypoxic diseases such as heart failure, severe anemia, hypertension, chronic nephritis, and severe malnutrition in pregnant women can also lead to miscarriage.

(2) Endocrine abnormalities such as luteal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes, etc.

(3) Abnormal immune function.

(4) Severe nutritional deficiencies.

(5) Bad habits such as smoking, alcoholism, excessive coffee drinking, or use of drugs such as heroin.

(6) Adverse factors in the environment such as formaldehyde, benzene, lead and other harmful chemicals.

(7) Uterine defects such as congenital uterine malformation, submucous uterine fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, etc.

(8) Trauma such as abdominal compression or rapid impact, even surgery, excessive sexual intercourse, etc.

(9) Emotional trauma such as excessive fear, sadness, anger, etc.

Fetal leakage refers to the occasional small amount of vaginal bleeding after pregnancy, which may not stop or may come and go without accompanied by lower abdominal pain. Fetal leakage is one of the most common bleeding diseases during pregnancy and is also the earliest symptom of pregnancy bleeding diseases. If the bleeding does not stop, it can often lead to fetal movement disorder, fetal death in the mother's womb, abortion, miscarriage and other symptoms, and may also cause fetal malformations. "Compendium of Materia Medica" said: "If the bleeding does not stop, the fetus will die after all the blood is exhausted." Therefore, paying attention to the diagnosis and treatment of fetal leakage is the key to preventing abortion and miscarriage, and it is also an important measure for eugenics.
