Generally, apply it after washing your hands at night, about twice a day. If the itching is severe, the number of applications can be appropriately increased.

In daily life, we should pay attention to washing hands frequently, ventilating the room frequently, maintaining a good indoor environment, and try not to use our hands too much to come into contact with alkaline soaps, laundry detergents, etc. Don't eat spicy food, drink alcohol or smoke.
