3. Breast cystic hyperplasia

Breast cystic hyperplasia can cause periodic breast pain, which usually occurs before menstruation. Mild cases are often not taken seriously, but severe cases can affect work and life. The texture is tough but not hard, there is no adhesion to the skin, and the boundary with the surrounding tissue is unclear. The lump becomes smaller after the menstruation ends.

4. Mastitis

Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "breast abscess", which is a common disease among women, especially postpartum women. Generally, milk stasis is the precursor to bacterial infection. There is plenty of milk, but milk discharge is not smooth, which leads to congestion and lumps. Causes the pain to occur. Postpartum women are weak and have decreased immunity. 5. Breast cancer

When a breast cancer tumor grows larger, the local skin may become sunken and appear like orange peel. When cancer invades the milk ducts, the nipple will retract.
