Small pimples on the breast

Small pimples on the breast

Breasts are a symbol of feminine charm and are also the natural food for nurturing babies. Many women find that many small bumps grow around the nipples. This situation has a lot to do with women being in the ovulation period and pregnancy period. The body's hormone secretion is vigorous, which can easily stimulate the breasts and cause small bumps. However, it is not ruled out that the bumps are caused by breast allergies. So what should I do if I have small bumps on my breasts?

The breast tumor is smooth in texture and well movable, which is likely to be a benign lesion. Further examination requires a complete breast color ultrasound examination to confirm the diagnosis. Pay attention to a light diet, avoid spicy and irritating foods, avoid repeated squeezing and stimulation, and if necessary, surgical resection and pathological examination are required. It is recommended that you go to the breast surgery or general surgery department of a regular hospital for a check-up and have a color ultrasound of the breast. Treat symptomatically according to the specific situation. If you have breast hyperplasia, you can use Chinese medicine to regulate, such as Ruzengning, Rupixiao, Xiaoyao Pills, etc. At the same time, you need to pay attention to breast health, such as: the bra should fit well, not too tight, and take it off when sleeping.

It may be breast hyperplasia, breast fibroma, breast lymph node enlargement, or breast tumor. It is recommended that you go to the hospital's breast surgery department for a breast ultrasound and breast mammography test to confirm the diagnosis. This may be a case of breast fibroadenoma, which needs to be confirmed. You can have a breast color Doppler ultrasound to determine the situation, and then carry out targeted treatment. If it is a breast fibroadenoma, if it is very small and painless, you can have regular checks. If it does not continue to grow, you can observe it first. If it is relatively large, you need to consider surgery.

Fibrocystic breast disease is a benign disease rather than cancer. It is caused by increased estrogen levels in the body, which leads to proliferation of the terminal ducts and alveoli in the breast tissue and the surrounding fibrous tissue, accompanied by lymphocyte infiltration. There are three types of fibrocystic breast disease:

① Mastodynia: also known as breast tissue hyperplasia, it is characterized by cyclical breast pain. It is more common in women aged 20-40. The pain is related to the menstrual cycle. The symptoms are obvious before menstruation and relieved after menstruation. The correct examination method is to find no lumps in the breast. Most of the time, there are diffusely distributed granular areas of local tissue thickening, so it is also called swollen granular breast. Mastodynia is usually self-limiting and can be relieved after marriage and pregnancy, and it will not turn into cancer.

② Breast adenosis: It is more common in young and middle-aged women. It is often characterized by a localized lump and pain in one breast. It can also occur bilaterally. The pain is related to the menstrual cycle. It often occurs on the upper outside of the breast and the lump is small, about 1-3 cm in diameter. The texture is firm but not hard, and the boundary with the surrounding tissue is unclear. The early stage of breast adenosis is breast lobular hyperplasia, which will not turn into cancer at this time. However, the middle and late stages of breast adenosis have a 1% cancer rate.

③ Cystic breast hyperplasia: It is more common in middle-aged women, manifested as breast lumps, but they are single larger spherical lumps with smooth surface, cystic or solid in texture. It may also manifest as multiple cystic nodules in the breast. About one-third of patients may experience pain and tenderness in the early stages, but these are usually not significant, and sometimes there is nipple discharge. About 3-8% of breast cystic hyperplasia may develop into cancer, so you must be especially vigilant and follow up regularly.
