Laparoscopic ligation surgery

Laparoscopic ligation surgery

Laparoscopic ligation surgery is a new type of minimally invasive surgery, which is good news for female friends who want to have a ligation. Compared with traditional ligation surgery, the window of laparoscopic ligation surgery is very small, and the damage to the surrounding tissues is very low. The chance of adhesion after surgery is also very low. Friends who are undergoing laparoscopic ligation surgery must go to a regular hospital to ensure safety.

Laparoscopic surgery is a newly developed minimally invasive method and an inevitable trend in the development of future surgical methods. With the rapid development of industrial manufacturing technology, the integration of related disciplines has laid a solid foundation for the development of new technologies and new methods. Coupled with the increasingly sophisticated operations of doctors, many of the open surgeries in the past have now been replaced by endovascular surgeries, greatly increasing the opportunities for surgical options. The traditional method of retroperitoneoscopic surgery is to make three small 1 cm incisions on the patient's waist and insert a tubular working channel called a "trocar" into each incision. All subsequent operations are performed through these three tubes. Special extended surgical instruments are then used to complete the same steps as open surgery under television monitoring to achieve the same surgical effect.

The advantages of two-port retroperitoneoscopic surgery are very obvious. First, the trauma is very small, only two small incisions are required, and the scar is very small. This is more noteworthy for young people and women who love beauty. Second, the surgery is a direct entry operation, which minimizes the damage to the surrounding tissues and reduces the chance of postoperative adhesion. Third, the patient's wound pain was significantly reduced after surgery. Fourth, the number of hospitalization days is shorter. Some patients can be discharged from the hospital in just 2-3 days and fully recover and return to work in 7 days, which greatly reduces the cost burden on patients and speeds up the turnover rate of hospital beds.

Two-port retroperitoneoscopic and laparoscopic urological surgeries can currently be used in the following urological surgical treatments, such as renal cystectomy, testicular descent for cryptorchid testis, high varicocele ligation, etc.
