Want to have a baby after vasectomy

Want to have a baby after vasectomy

Some female friends want to have children after having a sterilization. In this case, it depends on the method of sterilization, because there are two types of sterilization, one is to tie the fallopian tube, and the other is to directly cut it off. The former can be recovered, but the latter is basically impossible to have children. Friends who want to have children after vasectomy can first go to a regular hospital for examination to see if it is feasible.

There are two types of sterilization surgeries: tying the fallopian tube (let’s understand it this way for now) and cutting it off. The former has a chance of recovery, while the latter is almost impossible. If you absolutely do not want to have children anymore, the latter is a permanent solution. If you choose the first option, you can choose a regular hospital to have the infection resolved. Generally, the infection can be resolved. If you choose the second option, you can check the situation first and then choose a treatment method.

After having a sterilization, you need to go to the hospital for a tubal recanalization surgery. First, you need to do an angiography to check your fertility. Generally, the success rate is very high before the age of 40. Now that the second child policy is open, many people have had a sterilization and tubal recanalization surgery.

1. In vitro fertilization

In vitro fertilization is a process of extracting several eggs from the ovaries, combining the eggs with sperm in the laboratory to form embryos, and then transferring the embryos to the uterus to allow them to implant and become pregnant in the mother's uterus. Therefore, "test-tube baby" can be understood as a test tube in the laboratory replacing the function of the fallopian tube and is therefore known as "test-tube baby". It is currently the most widely used reproductive assisted technology in the world.

(1) Applicable groups include

There are female patients who cannot recover naturally after treatment with standard methods due to blockage of fallopian tubes caused by inflammation, which leads to infertility; there are also women who have had their fallopian tubes tied; and even patients who have had both fallopian tubes removed due to ectopic pregnancy can only rely on "test tube babies" to achieve the goal of having a child again.

(2) Conditions that must be met

The age must not be above 40 years and the woman must be healthy and able to conceive.

The uterine cavity must be normal, and the endometrium must also undergo physiological cyclical changes.

Neither the husband nor the wife had a history of mental illness.

Those with pelvic inflammation and adhesions must undergo laparoscopy, and at least one ovary must be accessible for egg collection.
