It is best to maintain a suitable amount, because the body cannot bear too much, and too little will not have the effect of burning fat.

4. Yoga

Yoga can improve mood, enhance body resistance, adjust body functions, and help improve body shape and temperament. In addition, yoga can correct bad posture and improve your bones and muscles. It is recommended not to do too difficult poses when you start, but to move from simple to complex within the range that your body can tolerate.

This is the general order of fitness. Aerobic exercise will take more time. Pay attention to your diet and master the basic methods of equipment exercise. Then you can exercise freely in the gym. When good habits are formed, you can reap more benefits from fitness.
