Coagulation and fetal arrest

Coagulation and fetal arrest

Pregnancy is a time of surprise and pain. There are many things to pay attention to during this time. If you are not careful, it will affect the health of the pregnant woman and the fetus. Some pregnant women will have abnormal coagulation indicators during pregnancy. At this time, they should seek medical attention in time. There are many factors that affect coagulation indicators, and they are not good for the development of the fetus. In severe cases, fetal arrest and bleeding may occur. So what should we do?

I started bleeding at around 6 weeks. It was brown at first, but I didn't make enough time to rest and it turned into fresh blood. Fortunately, the baby was very strong and there was a fetal heartbeat at 7 weeks, but the gestational sac was irregular and the fluid accumulation was very large, so I was not very optimistic. But I think there is nothing to be afraid of as long as there is a fetal heartbeat. Last year, there was no fetal heartbeat so I had a miscarriage. I still didn’t get enough rest at 7 weeks, and it wasn’t until 8 weeks that my biological mother came back to greet me. At 8 weeks, the baby had grown to 1.5cm. I was very excited at that time, so I started to stay in bed and rest.

I persisted in taking the medicine and my condition started to improve. The bleeding stopped in less than 9 weeks and I was fine for a week. The morning sickness was not that bad. I just felt nauseous and didn’t want to eat. But having given birth to a child, I knew that no matter what, a little bit of blood counts. If you feel you can’t eat anymore, then don’t eat. A good start is half the success. Don’t think about vomiting. Not letting yourself vomit is victory! In less than 10 weeks, I took my eldest baby out to play all day on the weekend and didn’t get a good rest. I bled again at night, which scared me to lie down again. Fortunately, it was just a little bit of blood and it was gone the next day, so I continued my life of lying down. Today is more than 11 weeks. I couldn’t wait any longer and went to the hospital for a check-up. But the situation is very good and the baby is great! I give you positive energy and believe in your baby.

Pregnant mothers who have experienced miscarriage should pay attention to:

1. If you have a miscarriage, don't worry too much. You can do a pre-pregnancy check-up after a small confinement period. At that time, we checked a lot and finally found that the blood coagulation function was high. This high level is not good because during the baby's early development, especially before the placenta, if the blood coagulation function is too high, it will cause poor blood flow. The baby cannot absorb nutrients and cannot grow up.

The most taboo thing for people with high coagulation function is lying in bed. Last year, my baby stopped growing because I found that my progesterone level dropped sharply at 6 weeks. There was no bleeding at that time, and I didn’t know that my coagulation function was too high. I just lay in bed blindly, except for eating and going to the toilet. As a result, my baby stopped growing.

I regret it now. After I got pregnant, I checked my blood coagulation function immediately. If it was high, I took medicine to control it. I also paid attention to my diet and exercised every day. However, my blood coagulation function dropped after taking the medicine. So I was pregnant at an advanced age this time, and I still need to pay more attention to many problems after I gain weight.

2. Sisters who have experienced multiple fetal arrests must undergo a comprehensive examination, otherwise it will be very harmful to their health.

3. After the abortion, you must pay attention to rest and don’t rush to get pregnant. It is best to wait 6 months so that the uterus can return to its best condition.

4. The gestational sac is irregular and has liquid dark areas. If only the gestational sac is irregular, don't worry too much. If it is really because of the embryo itself that it is irregular, it will inevitably be miscarried. Sometimes it is useless to be too deliberate, but as mothers we just need to do everything we can, first provide the baby with a comfortable environment, and leave the rest to the baby himself. I believe that the baby is very strong.

If you are like me, with an irregular gestational sac and liquid dark areas, don't worry. I am an example of positive energy. The main thing is to cooperate with the doctor when taking medicine and getting injections, stay in bed and rest, don't think about random things, maintain a good attitude, rest more, and replenish nutrition.

Finally, mentality is really important. Regardless of whether fetal growth retardation has occurred or not, don’t worry too much about it. I also wish all the “moms” who have experienced fetal growth retardation not to be scared by it and dare not move forward. Build up confidence in becoming pregnant again. I believe that everyone will have their own little angel.
