The human body structure is roughly the same, the only difference is the difference between the female and male body structures. However, there should not be much difference between some important organs in the body. It’s just that the bladder position of men and women should be different. The bladder is a very important organ and once a disease occurs, it needs timely treatment. It’s just that the female bladder is a complex structure and should be judged based on the female’s physiological structure. So where is the female bladder? The bladder is located in the lower abdomen of the human body, connected to the kidneys on both sides above and to the urethra below. The sphincter is located at the junction of the bladder and urethra and can control the excretion of urine. When the bladder is empty, it is located in the front of the pelvis and cannot be felt. When it is filled with urine, it swells rapidly and rises to the pubic symphysis, where it can be felt with the hand. The bladder of infants and young children is in the abdominal cavity and slowly descends into the pelvic cavity until around 6 years old. The female bladder is also located in the pelvis. Located in front of the pelvis, with the pubic symphysis in front and the uterus and vagina behind, the bladder neck is connected to the urogenital diaphragm below. The bladder is covered with peritoneum. When the bladder is empty of urine, the top does not exceed the upper edge of the pubic symphysis. When the bladder is full of urine, the tip rises above the pubic symphysis, and the anterior abdominal wall folds toward the bladder peritoneum. Our bladder is mainly used to store and discharge urine. Urine is produced in the kidneys and then transported to the bladder through the ureters. When the amount of urine in the bladder exceeds 300 ml, the pressure inside the bladder rises to about 60-70 cm of water column, causing a nerve reflex, the urethral sphincter opens, and urination begins. After each urination, the bladder of a normal person is not completely emptied. There is usually some urine residue. The amount of residual urine is related to bladder function. An increase in the amount of residual urine can easily lead to urinary tract infection. Bladder disease can have serious consequences. Cystitis is a common disease in women, with symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination and pain during urination, backache, lower abdominal discomfort, hematuria, etc. It can be diagnosed through urine routine test and can be cured as long as antibiotics are used in time. |
