Successful experience of medical abortion of retroverted uterus

Successful experience of medical abortion of retroverted uterus

The uterus is an indispensable reproductive part of women and the place where life is conceived. Mothers are often called great because they endure pressure that others cannot bear during the ten months of pregnancy, and they also have to fight pain of up to level ten during childbirth. They endure too much. But sometimes things don’t go as planned, and I need to have an abortion due to objective or subjective reasons. Some people choose surgical abortion, some choose medical abortion, but the success or failure must be closely followed.

Medical abortion, also known as drug abortion, refers to the use of mifepristone tablets plus misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy. It has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years. In the early stages of pregnancy, abortion can be achieved without surgery by injection or medication. The use of drugs to terminate pregnancy is a new development in the past 20 years. Currently, the commonly used drugs are mifepristone tablets and misoprostol in combination. The former causes degeneration and necrosis of the uterine decidua and softening of the cervix, while the latter excites the uterus and causes uterine contraction, thereby promoting the expulsion of the embryo.

principle

Medical abortion is suitable for terminating a pregnancy within 49 days. After using the drug, the activity of progesterone in the body decreases, causing miscarriage. The drug is then used to cause the uterus to contract strongly, forcing the pregnancy tissue out of the body.

Medical abortion is a method of using drugs to cause degeneration and necrosis of the uterine decidua, soften the cervix, and simultaneously cause the uterus to contract, forcing the embryo out of the body. During this process, the patient will feel pain in the lower abdomen due to uterine contractions, and the pain will vary depending on individual tolerance.
