4) Eat appropriate nourishing foods: Foods that can prevent postpartum wind include carp, snakehead fish, pig's trotters, pumpkin, etc. But as the name suggests, tonic foods are consumed to replenish energy. You should not take too much at one time or only eat one type.

5) Receive treatment from traditional Chinese medicine: Postpartum wind should be treated early, otherwise it will be very difficult to treat. Traditional Chinese medicine is generally used to treat postpartum wind. If postpartum pain symptoms such as cold joints and tingling in joints occur, it is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.

Preparation method: Wash the schizonepeta, mint, scallion and fermented black beans, put them into a clean pot, add 1500 ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, filter the juice and remove the residue, put the coix seeds into a casserole, add the medicinal liquid, and cook until the coix seeds are cracked and crispy.

It nourishes yin and produces body fluid, and is suitable for patients with yin deficiency and arthralgia.

Preparation method: Chop the raw land into small pieces, boil it with appropriate amount of water for about half an hour to extract the juice, and boil it again for the second time. Combine the two liquid medicines, remove the residue, and concentrate to about 100 ml for later use.

250g raw chestnuts, 1 pig kidney, 250g polished rice, 6g tangerine peel, 10 peppercorns, 2g salt

Preparation method: (1) Dry the chestnuts in the shade and peel them for later use. (2) Wash the pig kidneys and put them into a pot together with the pig kidneys, tangerine peel and Sichuan peppercorns (wrapped in cloth).
