Is acid water pregnant?

In the early stages of pregnancy, if a pregnant woman has not been diagnosed with pregnancy, she will also experience certain symptoms, because during pregnancy, the progesterone in the body will naturally increase. At this time, the pregnant woman may feel particularly uncomfortable in the stomach and experience acid reflux. Acid reflux in the stomach is caused by excessive secretion of acid and gas in the stomach. So, does acid reflux mean pregnancy?

Many women will experience acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, an empty stomach, and a desire to eat in the early stages of pregnancy. These are early pregnancy reactions and are possible, but having these symptoms does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant. First of all, we need to see whether the menstruation is normal. If the menstruation is indeed delayed, the chance of pregnancy is relatively high. It can be confirmed by testing human chorionic gonadotropin and doing B-ultrasound.

If there are some other diseases, such as gastritis, gastric ulcer, etc., they can also cause such symptoms, so this situation should be ruled out first. However, before ruling out pregnancy, even if you suspect you have a gastrointestinal problem, you should not take any medication casually. Because most of the medicines for treating stomach problems will have an impact on the baby's development, treatment should be carried out only after pregnancy is ruled out.

Acid discharge does not necessarily mean pregnancy. It may also be caused by gastritis or indigestion. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse recently and your period is now more than 10 days past its normal time, and you are experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, regurgitation, vomiting, and acid reflux, then you may be pregnant. A urine pregnancy test and a blood hcg test are needed to confirm the diagnosis. It is not possible to determine whether you are pregnant simply by looking at the acid discharge. A clear diagnosis can only be made after combining clinical history of amenorrhea and laboratory tests.
