1. Vitamin A is also fat-soluble, which helps the development of follicles and improves the uterine environment. There are two sources of vitamin A: retinol and carotenoids. The former mostly comes from animal food, and the latter mostly comes from dark yellow fruits and vegetables. Foods rich in vitamin A include beef liver, dairy products, cod liver oil, eggs, carrots, pumpkin seeds and spinach.

2. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, helps maintain normal estrogen secretion, regulates cell growth, and has an aiding pregnancy effect. Foods rich in vitamin D include wild fish, dairy products, eggs, oysters, caviar, cod liver oil, etc.

3. Vitamin E helps the body absorb other fat-soluble vitamins, normalizes hormone secretion, and thus increases the chance of pregnancy. Foods rich in vitamin E include butter and other dairy products, meat, sunflower seeds, almonds, dark green leafy vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, etc.

What not to eat before pregnancy

1. Avoid spicy food: Chili, pepper, Sichuan pepper and other condiments are very irritating and eating too much can cause constipation in normal people. If pregnant women who are planning to become pregnant consume a large amount of such foods, they will also experience digestive problems. Therefore, it is recommended that you avoid consuming such foods as much as possible.

2. Avoid drinking: Alcohol is an important factor causing fetal malformation and mental retardation.

3. Avoid eating too much sugar: If you often consume high-sugar foods, it will often cause sugar metabolism disorders and even become a potential diabetic.

4. Avoid eating MSG: The ingredient of MSG is monosodium glutamate. Eating too much can affect the absorption of zinc and is not conducive to the development of the fetal nervous system.
