Breast disease is a common disease among women, especially breast cancer, which seriously threatens women's lives. Generally, breast disease will have symptoms of breast mass, but not all sensations that feel like masses mean breast disease. Some women, especially young unmarried women,

The glandular and connective tissue of the breast are uneven in thickness and feel lumpy or granular. This may be normal and there is no need to worry. If it is a new lump, you need to pay special attention, because breast lumps after puberty are likely caused by breast disease. Therefore, it is very important to learn how to self-examine the breasts, detect the disease early, and treat it early.

(1) Breast self-examination. The best time to do breast self-examination is 7 to 10 days after each menstrual period, because breast nodules and tenderness are least obvious at this time, which is conducive to a clear diagnosis. Women over the age of 30 to 35 should do self-examination once every 1 to 3 days and have a doctor check once every six months.

(2) Breast hyperplasia. This disease can be called breast disease. It is very common in adult women. Its cause is currently unknown, and it may be related to estrogen levels. Breast pain and breast lumps are its common symptoms. Breast pain is often related to the menstrual cycle. It is often manifested as worsening breast pain before menstruation and relief of pain after menstruation. Some people also have irregular pain. There are often multiple breast lumps, which are generally small, irregular in shape, and sometimes have unclear boundaries. This symptom can remain stable at a certain stage for a long period of time.

If female friends find these symptoms, they should go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis to rule out breast cancer. For those who are diagnosed with breast disease, although the malignancy rate of this disease is low, they should continue to go to the hospital for long-term follow-up. There is no special treatment for this disease in Western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine mainly treats liver qi and softens and resolves hard masses.
