Pictures of discharged endometrial polyps

Uterine intrauterine polyps are a common disease among women, which is caused by the hyperplasia of the uterine wall. Uterine polyps are generally manifested as lumps of varying lengths in the uterus, which usually cause irregular vaginal bleeding. Severe uterine polyps should be treated as preneoplastic diseases. Uterine polyps may cause irregular menstruation, abnormal leucorrhea and even infertility. So what is the cause of uterine polyps? How should uterine polyps be discharged?

First of all, the formation of uterine intrauterine polyps may be related to endocrine imbalance. During a woman's menstruation, the secretion of estrogen increases first, causing the thickening of the endometrium. Under normal circumstances, the thickened uterine wall will be discharged with menstruation. However, if the secretion of estrogen is excessive and the endometrium thickens too much, uterine polyps will occur, causing a series of symptoms afterwards. The second possibility is uterine intrauterine polyps caused by inflammation. This situation is because inflammation stimulates the thickening of the endometrium, thus causing uterine intrauterine polyps. In addition, factors such as high blood pressure and obesity can also easily cause uterine polyps.

How should uterine polyps be discharged? Generally, for patients whose polyps are not very obvious and whose symptoms are mild, we strongly recommend conservative treatment, that is, cure. The body has its own way of adjusting to female hormones. Once the body gradually balances the female hormones, it will naturally be cured. In addition, medication is also a very good method. Patients can go to the hospital to check six hormone levels, and generally take corpus progesterone to expel uterine polyps.

Surgical removal is also a very good method. For more serious conditions, hysteroscopic resection surgery can be considered to remove the uterine polyps through surgery and achieve the actual treatment effect. For patients with severe and recurrent symptoms, total hysterectomy can be considered. Of course, this type of surgery has significant side effects and requires careful consideration. Friends who have uterine polyps must keep a happy mood, effectively adjust their diet structure, and follow the doctor's instructions, and they will definitely be cured.
