Menstrual lower abdominal cramps

Menstrual lower abdominal cramps

Many people experience lower abdominal cramps during menstruation, because most women have to face the problem of dysmenorrhea during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea indicates that the woman's uterus is relatively cold, and the blood in the uterus cannot be discharged, which can easily cause uterine blockage and cause pain. Moreover, lower abdominal cramps during menstruation are particularly uncomfortable. So what is the reason for lower abdominal cramps during menstruation?

If you have abdominal pain during menstruation, it is a problem of dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea can be divided into primary and secondary. Secondary dysmenorrhea is often caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, and adenomyosis. I don't know whether the time, amount and color of your menstrual period this time are the same as before. If they are the same, then pay attention to hygiene, keep warm, and drink some brown sugar ginger water to relieve the symptoms.

On the fourth day of menstruation, which is the menstrual period for women, there will be discomfort and pain in the lower abdomen. This should be considered to be caused by uterine contraction. It is also a common phenomenon for women. The symptoms will improve after the menstrual blood is clean. A normal menstrual period for women usually lasts about 3-7 days. After the menstruation is over, see if the symptoms of lower abdominal distension and pain improve. If it persists, it is recommended to go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to understand the current situation in the uterine cavity and pelvic cavity.

Consider the case of primary dysmenorrhea. It is related to the increase in endometrial prostaglandin content during menstruation. For some girls with primary dysmenorrhea, the dysmenorrhea will naturally ease or disappear as they grow up, especially after marriage and childbirth, and no treatment is necessary, except in individual cases. However, dysmenorrhea pain that lasts for up to 3 days should be treated. The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is mainly symptomatic treatment, with analgesia and sedation as the main focus.

This is dysmenorrhea, because women’s bodies are weak and contain more coldness. Pain can be relieved by massage: the patient lies on his back on the bed, rub his hands together to warm them up, then put his hands on the lower abdomen, massage from top to bottom 60 to 100 times, then massage from left to right 60 to 100 times, and finally massage in circles 60 times. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening every day until the local skin becomes rosy. External application method: Grind 5 grams each of Chuanwu and Caowu into fine powder, then mix with onion juice and honey and apply to the painful area in the lower abdomen for 2 to 3 hours. Once a day.
