How to self-check breast disease

Breast diseases are very common in women, and many women suffer from breast diseases without knowing it. Once the disease is discovered, the symptoms are usually more serious, and it will be more difficult to treat or even difficult to treat. Faced with this situation, people need to master some methods of self-checking breast diseases. So here we will introduce how to self-check breast diseases.

Breast self-examination can be done by looking, touching, holding and twisting. For women with normal menstruation, the best time to examine the breasts is on the 9th to 11th day after menstruation. At this time, the effect of estrogen on the breast is small, the breast is in a dormant state, and lesions are easy to detect. If a lump appears during lactation and is clinically considered to be a tumor, further examination should be carried out after weaning. So first look in front of the mirror, with your hands hanging down, and observe whether the two sides of your breasts are symmetrical in size. Touch means raising your left hand to the back of your head, using your right hand to check your left breast, and pressing the breast with your fingers to feel whether there is any lumps. The breast grasping method is to lie down flat, put a pillow under the left shoulder, bend the right hand under the head, and repeatedly use the palpation method to examine the breast. In addition to the breast, you also need to check whether there are swollen lymph nodes in the armpits.

The following are some ways to prevent breast diseases:

1. Regular life; 2. Regular diet: avoid eating high-protein foods;

3. Mood regulation: keep a good mood; 4. Regular physical examinations: Generally, women over 20 years old are recommended to have regular physical examinations. At the same time, women over 35 years old belong to the high-risk group and should have physical examinations, which can be done once a year. The physical examination items include regular B-ultrasound, molybdenum target and other examinations. When conditions permit, MRI and CT examinations can also be performed.
