Why take aspirin to protect pregnancy

Why take aspirin to protect pregnancy

During pregnancy, I believe no one wants the child to have any problems, but wishes and reality are often contrary to each other. In many cases, the situation requires fetal preservation, and various means must be used to protect the fetus so that it can continue to develop healthily. There are many ways to preserve pregnancy, and using aspirin to preserve pregnancy can be confusing. So, why do we take aspirin to protect the fetus?

Many fetal arrests due to immune coagulation reasons can easily lead to poor blood perfusion. The function of aspirin is to unclog blood vessels, and it has a very good effect on improving blood perfusion.

Methods of protecting the fetus

1 General treatment: bed rest, no sexual intercourse, and reduce unnecessary vaginal examinations.

2 Psychotherapy provides spiritual encouragement to patients, stabilizes their emotions and enhances their confidence.

3. For medication to preserve the pregnancy, appropriate oral sedatives can be taken, such as Luminal and Chlordia. For those with abdominal pain and prolapse, 4.8 mg of Salbutamol can be given 3 times a day. For those with luteal insufficiency, 20 mg of progesterone can be injected daily. Secondly, vitamin E and thyroxine powder (suitable for those with hypothyroidism) can be used as a supplement. At the same time, the successful experience of traditional Chinese medicine can also be used to preserve the pregnancy with traditional Chinese medicine.

4. The period for preserving the pregnancy is generally 2 weeks. If the symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks, it indicates that the embryo may have developmental abnormalities. B-ultrasound examination and β-HCG measurement are required to determine the condition of the embryo and give appropriate treatment. The pregnancy should be terminated if necessary.

Precautions

You cannot force the fetus to be preserved, especially for couples who are eager to have a child. You should listen carefully to the doctor's advice and not blindly preserve the fetus to avoid missed abortion, infection, endometrial inflammation or fallopian tube inflammation, which may lead to infertility. Or if the retention time is too long, coagulation dysfunction may occur, leading to DIC and endangering life.

Practice has proved that as long as the indications and methods of preserving pregnancy are mastered correctly, the success of preserving pregnancy can be achieved.
