How to treat curd-like leucorrhea? Curd-like leucorrhea is caused by candidal vaginitis. The treatment of curd-like leucorrhea mainly uses antifungal treatment, which needs to be performed by both men and women. Male carriers must also receive routine treatment, which is one of the important measures to prevent recurrence of female patients. What medicine can be used for tofu-like leucorrhea? The treatment methods for tofu-like leucorrhea can be external or internal. External treatment mainly includes vaginal flushing, external ointment, etc., while internal treatment includes oral medication, diet therapy, etc.

(I) External treatment

1. Vaginal flushing

The main purpose is to change the acidity and alkalinity of the vagina. Candidal vaginitis is mainly caused by Candida infection. The most suitable pH value for Candida growth is 5.5. Therefore, if an alkaline solution can be used to flush the vagina and vulva, it can change the acidity and alkalinity of the vagina and inhibit the growth of Candida. You can use 2%-4% soda water to flush the vagina, 1-2 times a day, and one course of treatment is 2 weeks. 2. Vaginal medication

The use of imidazole suppositories for vaginal application has a good effect on candidal vaginitis. Take 1 clotrimazole suppository every night and insert it into the vagina after flushing. 10-14 days is a course of treatment; or take 1 Daktarin suppository every night and insert it into the vagina after flushing. 7 days is a course of treatment.

3. Topical ointment

Applying clotrimazole ointment or dacrylin ointment externally can treat vulvitis caused by fungal infection and relieve symptoms of vulvar itching and pain. Apply externally several times daily for 2 weeks. Yifuqing Ointment is made of econazole as the main drug, with a small amount of local steroid therapeutic agent added. It has a good antipruritic effect and is more suitable for people with candidal vulvitis and vaginitis who have unbearable vulvar itching and pain. Apply externally to the vulva, once in the morning and once in the evening.

4. Chinese medicine fumigation and washing of vulva

Using Chinese medicine decoction with the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, killing insects and relieving itching to fumigate and wash the vulva can not only relieve symptoms but also inhibit and eliminate Candida albicans. Since the patient's vulvar itching, pain and burning symptoms are significantly alleviated after fumigation, it is more suitable for women with acute candidal vaginitis and can relieve the patient's pain. In addition, Chinese herbal medicines can be made into powders or suppositories and applied vaginally.

( ii) Oral treatment

1. Oral medication

Since fungal infections can be transmitted between couples through sexual intercourse, both parties can be treated with oral medications, which can also inhibit intestinal Candida.

(1) Oral fluconazole: 150 mg once, taken all at once. Or oral administration of Sporanox: For first-time infection with Candida vaginitis, take 200 mg each time, after breakfast and dinner, for only 1 day.

(2) For recurrent candidal vaginitis, the dosage of Sporanox needs to be increased. It can be taken 200 mg each time, once a day, for 3 consecutive days, or it can be taken twice a day, 100 mg each time, for 3 consecutive days. Take the medicine after meals.

2. Diet therapy

In terms of diet, you should choose foods that clear heat and promote dampness. You can eat more winter melon, coix seed, plantain, mung bean, honeysuckle, yam, etc. It is not advisable to eat spicy and irritating foods.

Other treatments

Actively treat other diseases that may cause candidal vaginitis and eliminate susceptible factors. Keep the vulva clean and dry and avoid scratching. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment.
