Generally speaking, candidal vaginitis occurs after infection with Candida albicans, and is closely related to infection of the anus. It can also be spread through sexual intercourse. 1. Vaginal itching

2. Edema

After being infected with candidal vaginitis, many women may experience varying degrees of edema in the vagina and vestibule mucosa, and at the same time, a white, watery film may appear covering it. In severe cases, ulceration may even occur, and the labia may swell and adhere.
