Menstruation comes two weeks early

Menstruation comes two weeks early

Generally speaking, it is quite common for menstruation to come two weeks early. Many female friends will encounter this in daily life. As long as there are no other obvious symptoms, there is no need to do too much treatment. Usually, as long as you pay attention to regulating your physical condition, you can be completely treated. Then you need to pay attention to your usual food intake and life rhythm, and you can't be too tired.

Normal menstrual indicators

cycle:

Every woman's cycle is different, and anything from 21 to 35 days is considered normal. The key is whether it is on time. Having sex regularly (e.g. once a week) can help regulate your hormones and help with menstrual regularity.

HP:

The amount of blood a woman loses during menstruation should be within 85 grams and last for 3 to 7 days. The heaviest bleeding occurs within the first 3 days (accounting for 90% of the total blood loss).

Blood clots:

If menstrual blood is blocked in the same area and not discharged in time, blood clots will form after 5 to 10 minutes of accumulation. Blood clots usually occur in the morning when you first wake up or after sitting for a long time.

Menstrual blood color:

Normal menstrual blood is dark red, thick and free of clots. If the menstrual blood is as thin as water, pink, black or purple, or is completely blood clots, it is abnormal and you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Menstrual period:

A woman's menstrual period is about 3-7 days, with the heaviest bleeding occurring in the first 3 days, then gradually decreasing until the menstrual blood stops. For some people, after their menstrual blood stops, it comes back a little after a day or two, commonly known as menstrual bleeding. This is also a normal phenomenon. However, some people's menstrual period lasts for 10-20 days, and the menstrual period is endless; some people's menstrual period is very short and passes in a flash. Both phenomena are abnormal.

1. Changes in menstrual cycle: If your normal menstrual cycle changes, the amount of menstrual blood increases, the menstrual period is prolonged, and the menstruation is irregular, you should consider uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids (myoma of uterus), also known as uterine leiomyoma, are the most common benign tumors of the female reproductive system. Most cases are asymptomatic, while a few may present with vaginal bleeding, abdominal masses, and compression symptoms. It may cause pain if the pedicle is twisted or other conditions occur.

Multiple uterine fibroids are common. The exact cause of this disease is unknown. Modern Western medicine uses sex hormones or surgery for treatment, and there is no other ideal treatment. Uterine fibroids are common in women aged 30 to 45 with strong ovarian function. After the age of 50, most fibroids shrink on their own due to the obvious decline in ovarian function.

2. Menstrual disorders: Menstrual disorders, also known as irregular menstruation, are common gynecological diseases. It manifests as abnormal menstrual cycle or bleeding volume, or abdominal pain and systemic symptoms before and during menstruation. The cause may be organic disease or functional disorder. Many systemic diseases such as blood diseases, hypertension, liver diseases, endocrine diseases, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, reproductive tract infection, tumors (such as ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids), etc. can cause menstrual disorders. The menstrual cycle is always more than 7 days in advance.
