Female thigh pain

Female thigh pain

What women fear most is that they will develop gynecological diseases, so they will be afraid and worried about the slightest physical phenomenon related to gynecological diseases. The female thigh root is also closely related to the reproductive system, and if a woman feels soreness in the thigh root, it will seriously affect her normal life. So what causes a woman's thigh pain?

What causes pain in the inner thigh of a woman?

Pain in the groin is most likely sciatica, which may be related to the waist. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a lumbar disc CT scan to rule out lumbar disc herniation.

If it is sciatica, it is recommended to go to the physical therapy department of the hospital for traction, acupuncture, massage, cupping and other treatments, and you will get better slowly.

What to do if your thigh hurts

1. Hanging bar, find a horizontal bar, hold the bar with your hands, and let your body hang freely. It stretches the spine, helps relieve pain in the waist and legs, and has a certain effect in correcting posture.

2. Toe on books: Place a pile of books on the floor, then stand on the books with your toes, with your heels hanging in the air. Do this exercise until you can no longer hold on.

3. Raise your legs: Straighten your legs, lie on your back on the bed, and slowly lift your legs upwards (keeping your legs straight). When you feel pain in your waist and legs, hold on for a while and then rest.

4. Leg stretching: Sit on the bed, lean against the wall, stretch your legs, and reach your heels with your hands.

What should I pay attention to when my thigh hurts?

1. Doctors recommend that patients with sciatica should not sleep on a soft bed, but on a hard bed, which can relieve the pressure of the spine on the waist.

2. Do not wear high heels. Patients with sciatica are best to wear negative heel shoes.

3. Do not lift heavy objects, as they will cause compression to the spine, which is not conducive to the recovery of sciatica patients.

4. Do appropriate exercise, which will help the recovery of sciatica, but avoid strenuous exercise.
