Chills before menstruation

Chills before menstruation

Feeling cold before menstruation indicates that the woman's physical constitution is relatively poor. Many women's bodies are more sensitive. This situation before menstruation may be related to endocrine disorders and some bad mentalities. In addition, if there are symptoms of anemia, it may also cause chills before menstruation. If this situation occurs frequently, you should first pay attention to diet therapy and strengthen your lifestyle adjustments.

Chills before menstruation

1. This symptom may be irregular menstruation, which is related to neuroendocrine disorders. It is recommended to relax, keep a happy mood, go to the hospital to check ovarian function, test six hormone levels, and actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment according to the test results, and cooperate with Chinese medicine conditioning. Active treatment can lead to pregnancy;

2. If you feel cold before menstruation, you can do an ultrasound to check whether there is any inflammation in the uterine appendages. If the ultrasound result is normal, you should consider that it is related to blood stasis.

3. Symptoms before menstruation include drowsiness or cold pain in the lower abdomen, but there are generally no symptoms in the early stages of pregnancy. Early pregnancy refers to the period before the thirteenth week of pregnancy, about forty days into the pregnancy when symptoms such as fear of cold, dizziness, weakness, poor sleep, nausea and vomiting will appear. Not all of these symptoms occur. Some people have a fulfilling life so their symptoms are not obvious.

Dietary considerations during early pregnancy

1. Supplement folic acid

In order to prevent fetal malformations, pregnant women need to supplement folic acid starting from the early stages of pregnancy (preferably from the beginning of pregnancy planning). Foods rich in folic acid include red amaranth, spinach, lettuce, asparagus, beans, yeast, animal liver, apples, citrus fruits, etc.

2. Do not advocate heavy supplementation

In the early stages of pregnancy, morning sickness symptoms may affect the expectant mother's appetite to a certain extent. In terms of diet, it is generally not recommended to take a lot of nutritional supplements. It should be based on your own preferences and eat whatever you want. Pregnant women who vomit a lot should pay attention to eating light and easily digestible foods. Once you enter the second trimester and the morning sickness disappears, it will be time to replenish your nutrition.

3. Eat whenever you want

Many expectant mothers always feel hungry since the beginning of pregnancy. This feeling of hunger is different from the previous feeling of being hungry. After pregnancy, the expectant mother's taste and appetite will change to some extent. In the early stages of pregnancy, many mothers become "foodie". This is not a big deal. Just eat when you want to. There is no need to suppress your appetite in the early stages of pregnancy. However, it is best to eat light and easily digestible food. It is recommended that pregnant mothers carry some food with them and eat it when they feel hungry.
