Caused by malignant tumors: The first thing to consider when vaginal bleeding occurs after menopause is malignant tumors of the reproductive organs, the most common of which are endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian malignant tumors, etc.

Caused by other diseases: such as reproductive tract trauma, uterine prolapse, benign ovarian tumors, rupture of endometrial gland cysts, etc., can all cause postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.
