What causes spinal pain during cesarean section?

1. Sequelae of anesthesia. The anesthesia during caesarean section is epidural anesthesia, which requires puncture in the waist. A very small number of new mothers also have symptoms of nerve root damage and epidural hemorrhage after delivery.

Pay attention to keeping your waist warm. The body is very weak after childbirth, so the head and waist should be kept warm to avoid diseases caused by cold. After childbirth, you can try to exercise appropriately and walk backwards. Walking backwards can force the body's center of gravity to move backwards, exercise the waist muscles to relieve pain, and correct the symptoms of lumbar curvature and lumbar lordosis.
