If there are pain symptoms, there will be a common characteristic that the pain will be relieved after warmth, but there are also differences: real cold causes severe pain that is resistant to pressure; false cold causes dull pain that is relieved by rubbing and pressing. Real cold is the actual evidence of cold air invading the human body, which can be seen in cold hands and feet, pale complexion, and tasteless mouth. Deficiency and coldness are accompanied by the decline of the functions of various internal organs, and are often accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue, lack of energy, poor appetite, loose stools, and scanty menstruation.
