What should I do if I have uterine ulcer?

Nowadays, many female friends have mild cervical erosion, and many people find it difficult to talk about it. So how to treat cervical erosion?

Cervical erosion is a common gynecological disease, and the proportion of it in many married women is very high, accounting for 40%-60% of the total. In fact, it is divided into pseudoerosion and inflammatory erosion. Pseudoerosion occurs under some physiological conditions, such as during adolescence and pregnancy. The obvious symptom is that the external os of the cervix is red and granular, while inflammatory erosion is mostly a chronic inflammation caused by untreated acute cervicitis or incomplete quality control. Many people have increased vaginal secretions, lumbar pain, and many people have thick leucorrhea.

Drug treatment:

Drug treatment is mainly suitable for non-pregnant patients with mild to moderate cervical erosion, but drug treatment generally has a long course and is more expensive.

The following medications can be used for cervical erosion with small surface and shallow inflammatory infiltration:

①10-20% silver nitrate: Apply topically once a week, 2-4 times as a course of treatment.

② Potassium permanganate: Apply topically after menstruation, and repeat once after 1 to 2 months. This method must be operated by professional staff.

Physical therapy:

Used for cervical erosion with larger area and deeper inflammatory infiltration.

① Electric ironing: Use a special electric iron to burn the eroded surface tissue to make it necrotic and fall off, reaching a certain depth.

② Cryotherapy: Use a special rapid freezing device to freeze, necrotize and fall off the diseased tissue on the cervical erosion surface. The commonly used cryogen is liquid nitrogen, which can reduce the temperature of the cryostat head to -196 degrees Celsius. It can be cured in 1 time. A small number of patients experience slight dizziness, lower abdominal pain, etc., and this method is rarely used for treatment now.

③Laser treatment: Use carbon dioxide laser therapy device more often, and use a special laser treatment head to irradiate the eroded tissue to make it carbonize, crust, and fall off, and then grow new squamous epithelium. Generally, it can be cured in one time. There was no special discomfort during the operation, but a few patients experienced bleeding during the dementia removal.

④BBT treatment: It is a treatment that uses special wavelength photothermal therapy, which is simple, painless and effective.
