However, after giving birth, a normal woman's uterus will return to its previous level. However, some women have an enlarged uterus because their uterus does not recover very well. How to regulate an enlarged uterus

1. An enlarged uterus can be adjusted through diet, such as eating Chinese angelica sinensis roasted mutton, which mainly uses angelica sinensis, mutton, raw rehmannia and dried ginger. Chinese angelica sinensis roasted mutton has a good effect of invigorating qi and blood, warming the middle and replenishing deficiency. It is very suitable for patients with qi deficiency causing heavy menstruation, fatigue, shortness of breath, weak pulse and enlarged uterus.

2. Goji berry stewed mutton mainly uses goji berry and mutton leg. Put the mutton in and add appropriate amount of water to cook. Stir-fry the ginger slices and add cooking wine to the pan. After stir-frying, add goji berries, broth, green onions, salt, etc. and bring to a boil, then remove the floating foam and simmer for one to one and a half hours. When the mutton is cooked, add ginger, green onions, MSG, etc. for seasoning.

Causes of an enlarged uterus

In multiparous women with chronic incomplete uterine involution, the elastic fiber tissue in the myometrium proliferates between the smooth muscles and around the blood vessels, causing uterine hypertrophy; ovarian dysfunction and continuous estrogen stimulation can cause hypertrophy of the myometrium. Clinically, patients with common functional uterine bleeding, especially those with a long course of illness, all have varying degrees of uterine enlargement; inflammation causes the proliferation of collagen fibers in the myometrium, resulting in uterine fibrosis; pelvic congestion causes the proliferation of uterine connective tissue and can also lead to uterine hypertrophy. It can be seen that not protecting the uterus well is not easy, so you still need to pay attention to it at all times.

The uterus is so magical and so incredible. It is because of its existence that our great human race can prosper. Once a woman's uterus is no longer normal, it will cause many diseases. The most common one is an enlarged uterus and cervical erosion. Therefore, women still need to take good care of their bodies.
