What to do if your uterus prolapses during pregnancy

The uterus is the most important reproductive organ for women and is also very important to women's health. If there is a disease in the uterus, it will bring great disaster to women. For example, there are many symptoms related to the uterus among gynecological diseases. Some pregnant women even have uterine problems, which brings pressure to the pregnancy. Let’s take a look at what to do if uterine prolapse occurs during pregnancy? I hope everyone can understand it.

When the baby is full-term, the woman goes into labor. During childbirth, especially during difficult labor, the pelvic floor support system will suffer varying degrees of damage. Once looseness or damage occurs, the pelvic organs that were previously supported will shift, and various embarrassing situations may occur, such as frequent urination, urinary incontinence, and difficulty defecation. A small displacement is not scary. What is scary is pelvic organ prolapse, which causes the uterus and the front and back walls of the vagina to bulge and descend along the vagina from their normal position. As the symptoms worsen, the uterus may even slowly fall out of the vaginal opening.

1. Avoid standing for long periods of time. Eat more vegetables and fruits to avoid dry stools. Pay attention to rest, improve nutrition, and perform NT examination at 11-13.6 weeks.

2. This can only be observed first. This will recover on its own after the baby is born, so don't worry, just observe. Also, be careful not to stay up late and don't eat spicy food.

3. This situation does not rule out mild to moderate uterine prolapse. If you have time, it is recommended to go to a local regular hospital for examination. After a clear diagnosis, symptomatic treatment can be carried out. Surgical treatment if necessary will have better results.

4. Be sure to rest for one month or one and a half months. For two weeks after delivery, you must stay in bed except for eating and going to the bathroom. If you sit or walk around frequently, it may cause uterine prolapse.

For the children. It can be said that women pay the most, both mentally and physically, and it is not easy. Therefore, everyone should take good care of pregnant women so that they can reduce some pain during pregnancy and avoid some sequelae, etc. After all, a new life is born in a woman's body.
