Endometritis

Endometritis

The female uterus is the place where life is nurtured and it is also the organ most vulnerable to inflammation. Endometritis is the most common uterine disease. Endometritis is clinically manifested by increased vaginal discharge, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation and pelvic pain. Therefore, if you experience the above symptoms on a regular basis, it is best to rule out endometritis to see if the uterus is invaded by inflammation.

In order to avoid the occurrence of endometritis, female friends must first know why endometritis occurs. Only by knowing the causes of endometritis can they take preventive measures against these causes and avoid being invaded by endometritis.

1) Ascending infection of inflammation. If gynecological inflammations such as vaginitis, cervicitis, and cervical erosion are not treated in time, bacteria will ascend along the vagina and cervix or descend along the fallopian tube and through the lymphatic system to reach the endometrium and cause disease.

2) Intrauterine surgical procedures. For example, artificial abortion, childbirth, and placement of an intrauterine contraceptive device can infect the endometrium with pathogens, or induce bacterial invasion and infection, leading to inflammatory lesions of the endometrium.

3) Lesions in the uterine cavity. If endometrial polyps, submucosal uterine fibroids, long-term uterine bleeding, endometrial cancer, etc. are not treated promptly and effectively, they may also lead to the occurrence of chronic endometritis.

4) Not paying attention to personal hygiene. Failure to pay attention to personal hygiene, especially during menstruation, failure to pay attention to private part cleanliness during menstruation, sexual intercourse during menstruation, and sexual intercourse with the opposite sex with sexually transmitted diseases, etc., can lead to the invasion of bacteria and cause endometritis.

Now that we know the causes of endometritis, we hope that all female friends will pay attention to avoid the above-mentioned things, especially when vaginitis and cervicitis occur, they must seek timely treatment to avoid ascending infection of the inflammation and the occurrence of endometritis. I would also like to remind all female friends that endometritis has a certain impact on fertility, so please seek timely treatment.
